COVID-19: Job Seeker & Job Keeper Supplement Information for Employers & Employees (including Apprentices or Trainees)

Info

Whilst we are all awaiting confirmation from the Government of the recently proposed Job Seeker and Job Keeper Supplements, we thought it might be of interest to share the following information for employers and employees (including apprentices and trainees) with you all – please feel free to pass this onto your employees while you’re waiting for finalised answers.

EMPLOYERS: If you have 20 or less employees and have apprentices or trainees they will automatically be sent incentive forms to complete by their apprenticeships centre.

If you intend to apply for the Job Keeper Supplement – this is done through the ATO.

If employees intend to apply for Job Seeker Supplement – this is done by employees via Centrelink.
